You’ll have morning yoga and mindfulness sessions and plenty of free time to spend relaxing. We’ll visit local villages and towering castles. Hike above and kayak along the stunning river taking in the sense of connection as we reconnect with nature and our bodies, mindfully. Sample traditional Michelin-star meals and taste boutique wines in some gorgeous settings. And when it all gets too much, retreat to the chateau to rest, snooze by the pool or explore the private forest.
